How long does duvet cleaning take?
Duvet cleaning takes 2-3 days turnaround, most likely it will be 2 days, sometimes it can be 3 days as we air dry the duvets overnight and sometimes it takes more than a day for it to air dry.
Can bed linen and duvets be included in service wash (wash & fold)?
Bed linen can be included in your wash & fold but please be aware that it’s a simple wash, dry and fold and so pressing is not included. As for duvet’s, these are priced per item due to the size of them, cannot be included in your service wash.
Where are my items cleaned?
At our very own in-house facility. We don’t outsource our cleaning like other online laundry & dry cleaning companies, this allows us to optimise our processes and gives us the flexibility to offer our eco laundry & dry cleaning experience at scale.
Are you insured against damage?
Yes, we insure up to 10x the value of clean for all items.
What do I do before my first pick up?
Simply put your clothes to be dry cleaned in a separate bag, if you are using more than one service e.g ironing only or washed and ironed service, then separate the garments into separate bags depending on the service you’d like. Then just have your phone nearby and wait for our driver notification to let you know of his arrival for pick up.
