How do I know if this plan is right for me?
We designed this subscription package for those customers who frequently get their bed linen or work clothes cleaned such as suits, dresses and shirts.
Why is Laundry service not included in discount?
We have a separate subscription for laundry which includes all the benefits that 1 Stop Go includes, this is called 1 Stop Bag.

What is included in 1 Stop Go?
You get 10% OFF all 1 Stop Wash services apart from Laundry, this includes Eco Dry Cleaning, shirt service, ironed laundry (for bed linen), duvet service, trainer service and more. Check out our full list of services here. You’re minimum order also drops to just £15 per order.
Why doesn’t the discount apply to Laundry services?
We have different subscription package for those who mainly use our laundry services, this is called 1 Stop Bag and it carries all the benefits that 1 Stop Go does as well as discounted laundry.
What If I want to switch to 1 Stop Bag after a while?
You can switch to 1 Stop Bag easily via your customer admin panel. As 1 Stop Bag has all the features of 1 Stop Bag has all the features of 1 Stop Go, we will automatically cancel your 1 Stop Go plan
How do I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your subscription by simply getting in touch with our team by either emailing us at hello@1stopwash.com
